Chakra Talisman Tape — Seven Chakras, Reiki Symbols & Sak Yant

Chakra Talisman Tape — Seven Chakras, Reiki Symbols & Sak Yant

Chakra Talisman Tape

Energy. Balance. Intention.

Seven chakras, six Reiki symbols, and the Five Sacred Yants — worn on your skin.

The Chakra Talisman is a triple-rooted tradition condensed onto a single strip. From the Hindu chakra system come seven energy centres that map onto the body, root to crown. From Japanese Karuna Reiki come the healing symbols used to direct energy. From the Thai Buddhist tradition of Sak Yant — the sacred tattoos blessed by monks — come the Hah Taew, the Five Magical Spells worn for protection, fortune and charisma.

Three traditions, three continents, one underlying belief: that there is energy moving through and around the body, and that the symbols you carry shape how that energy flows.

This is the talisman for the practice. For yoga and pilates and breathwork. For the meditation cushion and the recovery day. For anyone who treats movement and stillness as two halves of the same intention.

The origin of the chakra talisman

The chakra system is the oldest of the three traditions on this design. It first appears in the Vedas — the foundational texts of Hindu spirituality — and was developed in detail in the Upanishads and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali around 2,500 years ago. The word itself is Sanskrit for "wheel": seven spinning centres of energy aligned along the spinal axis, from the base of the body to the crown of the head. Each one governs a layer of physical, emotional and spiritual life.

The Karuna Reiki symbols come from a much more recent tradition. Karuna Reiki was developed by William Lee Rand in 1995, building directly on Usui Reiki — the Japanese energy-healing system established by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. The symbols are tools: each one is used to direct compassionate energy toward a specific kind of healing. Gnosa for higher learning. Halu for breaking destructive patterns. Zonar for past life work. Shanti for peace.

The Sak Yant tradition is older again, and lives in a different lineage entirely. In Thailand and across Buddhist Southeast Asia, monks have for centuries inscribed sacred geometric tattoos onto warriors, dancers, fighters and devotees — each one blessed with specific intent. The Hah Taew, the Five Sacred Spells, is one of the most beloved: five rows of ancient Khom script that together protect the home, reverse misfortune, repel black magic, attract luck and bestow charisma.

Aum. The seed sound that contains all sounds. The breath of the universe.

We brought these three traditions together because they share something deep: they all assume that intention, properly focused, changes the body that holds it. The chakras give you the map. The Reiki symbols give you the tools. The Sak Yant gives you the protection.

Every symbol explained

Three traditions, layered on top of each other and arranged along the strip. The seven chakras run as the spine of the design. The Reiki symbols sit between them as healing tools. The Hah Taew runs along the border as protection.

Worn with intention. Designed with meaning. The symbols on these designs draw on the Hindu chakra system, Karuna Reiki and Thai Sak Yant traditions — they carry the meanings their cultures have given them for centuries. Wear them as a personal reminder, a focus for ritual or training, or simply for their beauty. Underneath the artwork sits the same medical-grade 95% Rayon / 5% Spandex kinesiology tape engineered for 5–7 day wear, sweat resistance and proprioceptive support. We don't claim the symbols themselves heal — we believe the intention you bring to them matters.
