Delivery
UK delivery is free on 3 rolls or more. On 1 or 2 rolls it is £4.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 48, charged once per order. Mix any colours and Talisman designs — they all count towards the 3.
Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and we pack and post the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day.
Tracked 48 aims to deliver within two to three working days of dispatch. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves us.
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return unopened tape for a full refund — longer than the 14 days UK law requires.
Rolls must be unopened, unused and in their sealed dispenser box with the seal intact. Once that seal is broken the tape has been in contact with skin and cannot be resold, so it is excluded under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You pay the cost of returning the tape to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the tape back, including any standard delivery charge you originally paid.
If tape arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you have a 30-day right to reject it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a full refund including return postage.
