Most sellers only offer a whole 5 metre roll. If you want to try the tape, or you only need a couple of applications, that is a lot of tape to commit to. These packs sell the same tape, cut into single 5cm × 25cm strips, so you can take ten and no more.
Six designs printed in black on natural beige — Chakra, Dreamcatcher and Viking, each vertical and horizontal.

Strips from any of the three count towards the ten, so a pack can be all one design, one of each, or any mixture across all three.
What it costs, delivered
The minimum order is ten strips, delivered free, so the more you take the less each strip costs.

Ten strips is the sensible place to start. If you already know the tape suits you, three rolls is the cheapest tape we sell.
How many strips do you need?
Most applications take two strips. A pack of ten is about five applications.
Two strips — knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow, foot, wrist, neck
Three strips — lower back, and any decompression pattern with a cross over the sore spot
One strip — a single muscle run such as the calf or the forearm
If you are taping the same spot every few days, work on five to seven days of wear per application and buy accordingly. Technique for each area is on the how to apply page and in the pain and injury guides.
Why ten strips post cheaper than one roll
A 5 metre roll is nearly 5cm across. Royal Mail's large letter limit is 2.5cm thick, so a roll always travels as a parcel — £4.95 Tracked 48. Ten flat strips go in an envelope at large letter rate, and ten is the minimum, so delivery is always free. That is the whole reason a strip pack lands for less than a single roll.
What is in a strip pack, and what is not
Ten strips, each on its own backing paper, cut to 5cm × 25cm with rounded corners. The same 95% rayon, 5% spandex synthetic fabric and the same medical-grade, latex-free adhesive as the rolls. It stretches to 170% of its resting length and wears for five to seven days.
There is no dispenser in a strip pack. That is deliberate — the card-sized dispenser is what makes a roll a parcel. If you want one, a full roll gives you 20 strips and the dispenser that keeps them flat and square.
Questions
Can I mix colours and printed designs in one pack?
Yes. Each pack has its own picker, and strips from any of the three packs count towards the ten for free delivery. So nine plain colours and one Viking design is fine, and so is ten different things across all three packs.
Is it the same tape as the rolls?
Identical. Same fabric, same adhesive, same 5cm × 25cm cut with rounded corners. The only difference is that strips come loose on backing paper instead of threaded through a dispenser.
How long does a strip stay on?
Five to seven days with proper skin prep. The tape is water resistant and sweat resistant, so showering and swimming are fine. Joints flex more and peel sooner; flat areas such as the lower back hold longest.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ten strips. Ten is the smallest pack we post, and it always ships free by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Strips from any of the three packs count towards the ten.
Why synthetic rather than cotton?
Cotton absorbs sweat and holds it against the skin, which is why cotton tape lifts at the edges by day two. Rayon wicks moisture and dries, which is how it holds for five to seven days. It is the same synthetic fabric the branded tapes use, and theirs costs £13 to £25 a roll.
