Delivery
UK delivery is free on ten strips or more. On nine or fewer it is £1.55 by Royal Mail 2nd Class, charged once per order. Mix any colours and Talisman designs — they all count towards the ten.
Strips come flat through the letterbox, each on its own backing paper. There is no dispenser in a strip pack; a full roll is the way to get one.
Order by 3pm Monday to Friday and we pack and post the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day.
Second Class aims to deliver within three working days of dispatch.
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return unopened tape for a full refund — longer than the 14 days UK law requires.
Tape must be unopened and unused — a roll in its sealed dispenser box with the seal intact, or strips still on their backing paper. Once tape has been in contact with skin it cannot be resold, so it is excluded under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You pay the cost of returning the tape to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the tape back, including any standard delivery charge you originally paid.
If tape arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you have a 30-day right to reject it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a full refund including return postage.
